When Penny tells her best friend Lou she's sure tonight is the night that her fiancé Mark will finally propose, Lou couldn't be more pleased for her. But during the course of a wild night out on the town, Lou can't help but wonder if marriage is really the thing on Mark's mind--and Penny hasn't noticed a thing!
